Virtual Tours and Floorplans in Demand

I came across a recent survey from everyone's favorite company Zillow that I thought I would share with you.

Virtual/3D tour demand remains high, growing

When given the statement " 3D tours would help me get a better feel for the space that static photos" 72% of respondents agreed with that statement. That number was up from 52% in 2019.

additionally they had this:

Buyer desire for (digital) floor plans remains high

82% of respondents in 2023 said "I’m more likely to view a home if the listing includes a floor plan that I like"

76% in 2023 said A dynamic floor plan that shows what part of the home each photo depicts would help me determine if the home is right for me
