Q: How do we place our orders?
A: You may do so either on our order page or by calling or texting 865-456-1900, or reach out via our contact page.
Q: Do I need to be present during the shoot?
A: No. You or the homeowner certainly may if you wish. In the event that no other party will be present, we will need access instructions and/or the electronic key code.
Q: Can you do a same day delivery?
A: We do offer same day delivery for an additional fee. Please see our current pricing here.
Q: How much lead time do you require before you can do a shoot?
A: Our availability calendar is available on our order page when you place an order. You may also call or text us for our availability.
Q: How many photos will I receive.
A: It depends upon the size and features of the house. That is why we request the square footage of the house when you place your order. Generally, small houses and apartments will be 20-30 photos, medium houses 30-40 photos, and large house 40-50 photos. We want to take enough photos to show the features of a property without losing attention.
Q: Do you do event or wedding photography?
A: No, we prefer to focus on serving the real estate market.
Q: What happens if I am unsatisfied?
A: We have a 14 day full-refund policy. But if you contact us we will try to make everything right. Full details are on our Guarantee page.
Q: How will I know when my items are ready?
A: You will be notified by email and/or text when your materials are ready, with instructions about how to electronically receive the materials.
Q: How do we pay?
A: You can use a credit card when you order via the website or use your credit card with a phone order.
Q: What is a media package?
A: The media package we offer has templated materials using the images and video taken during the shoot. You can easily use these to market your listing online and in print. The materials can also be edited to suit your tastes.
Q: Does a home need to be prepped prior to shooting?
A: We strongly recommend that the house is very clean. We provide a checklist here of recommended steps. A general rule for homeowners who still reside in the house is that visible furniture and decorations are fine, but personal items should be out of sight. We want a potential buyer to be able to easily imaging themselves in the home.

Q: What areas do you serve?
A: We serve the Knoxville, Tennessee region, including towns such as Lenoir City, Maryville, Sevierville; Pigeon Forge; and Oak Ridge. Here is a map of the service area.
